About the Role
  
As a Centre Director at Harmony, you are responsible for evaluating and driving effective centre business performance by monitoring, planning, and implementing strategies in collaboration with all stakeholders to develop and accelerate centre operations to high performance.
  
About the Centre 

Harmony Everton Park is a 112 place, boutique Centre located close to bus stops, a short walk to the train and some car parking. We have a lovely vegetable and flower garden, and our native bees love the environment too.

With your previous experience as a Director you will: 

  • Be a high performing Childcare Centre Director with a proven track record of Centre Director KPI achievement over a minimum of 3 years
  • Have experience ensuring Educators operate in accordance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and applicable legislation and regulations
  • Embrace change and innovation encouraging your service to seek ways to continuously improve their service and educational practices
  • Be committed to ensuring your own, personal early childhood and leadership capability growth
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of maintaining compliance within the National Quality Framework, whilst managing effective external relationships with regulators
  • Have a high value for aesthetics and maintaining beautiful environments

We pride ourselves on our exceptional Leadership structure consisting of a full-time Relationships Manager, responsible for all enrolment management and family engagement and a full-time Educational Leader who drives high quality educational outcomes and hands-on coaching for our educating team for best practice.  

Specific position requirements:

  • Have, or be able to obtain a Blue card
  • Current First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • Current recognised resuscitation certificate
  • State approved Child Protection Training
  • Diploma in Children’s services / Bachelor of Education (or ACECQA Approved qualification) 
  • Current driver’s licence
