Career Development

Our commitment to professional development

At Harmony Early Education, we believe that education is a continual process not just for our children but for our educators and support teams too. We are committed to a continuous coaching environment ensuring access for all educators to ongoing on-the-job and formal professional development. We have an inspirational and collaborative network of early childhood professionals who are encouraged to share their knowledge, skills, and best practice. All educators undertake professional development training every year.

“With Harmony I believe there is a great potential for growth and development and furthering my career,” Amber, Harmony Early Learning Educator

The educator is viewed as a co-learner and collaborator with the child, who observes children carefully, listening to their cues, questions and supports decision making, whilst discovering what interests the child, then providing meaningful learning opportunities to explore these interests further.
